Items to pass on must be listed without any false or misleading information
Persons posting items for swapping on SwapItBaby must provide true and accurate descriptions of those items
Sold items must be sent by the seller to the purchaser promptly after agreement is reached between the purchaser and the seller. In the event that the purchaser does not receive the purchased item(s)within 4 weeks of the agreement being reached the purchaser may request annulment of the purchase agreement. In the case where the purchase agreement is annulled, the relevant points will be re-credited to the purchaser’s account from the seller’s account
Points are not redeemable for cash
Unused points will expire 12 months after they are acquired
Users agree not to violate any laws
Users agree not to infringe the rights of any third party
SwapItBaby does not act as a broker or agent for any user
SwapItBaby will not be held responsible for any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through the SwapItBaby web site, including but not limited to the trade of stolen goods
SwapItBaby cannot and will not provide any warranty in relation to any goods or services traded on its website
SwapItBaby will not be responsible for any terms of transaction between users, nor for resolving any dispute between users
SwapItBaby will not provide personal information about any of its clients to any third party
Users are solely responsible for all information they submit to SwapItBaby
The content contained in SwapItBaby is protected as a collective work under copyright law and international treaties. Users must not copy, distribute, exploit or modify content (other than their own) from SwapItBaby without our express written consent
When users give SwapItBaby content, they are granting SwapItBaby, and representing that they have the right to grant, a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights to that content
